Services described

Data Synchive provides employment consulting and return-to-work coaching after parental leave or a long career break. Website descriptions are informational. A coaching engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and schedule in writing (including email).

No employment guarantee

Coaching supports preparation, applications, interviews, and negotiation. It does not guarantee a job offer, salary outcome, or employer introduction.

Intellectual property

Site content, worksheets shared during coaching, and brand materials belong to Data Synchive or their respective owners. You may use personalised materials provided to you for your own job search. You may not republish site content for commercial use without permission.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your work history and availability, attend scheduled sessions or cancel within the stated notice period, and use advice as guidance rather than legal or financial counsel.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Data Synchive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions you make after coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Altdorf, Baden-Württemberg shall have subject-matter competence where legally permitted.
