What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where allowed, understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
Data Synchive uses essential cookies required for basic site operation and optional analytics cookies that help us see which guides about return-to-work coaching are useful. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them in the consent banner.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| datasynchive_cookie_consent | Stores your accept or reject choice for cookies | 1 year (localStorage) | Data Synchive |
| datasynchive_session | Maintains essential site preferences during a visit | Session | Data Synchive |
| _ds_analytics | Optional aggregate measurement of page views on guides and coaching pages | 6 months | Data Synchive (only if accepted) |
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject optional cookies via the banner. Rejecting does not block coaching pages, forms, or content. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Changing your mind later: clear localStorage for this domain and reload the page to see the banner again.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Image previews may load from our image host. Those requests can involve technical logs outside our direct control; we minimise third-party scripts beyond what is needed for display.
Impact of disabling
Disabling essential storage may reset your cookie preference prompt. Disabling analytics only means we will not record optional usage metrics. Site features including the contact form remain available.
For personal data practices, read our privacy notice.
