Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers coaching programmes, document packages, and session bundles purchased from Data Synchive for return-to-work and employment consulting support. It does not cover goods, software subscriptions, or third-party courses.

Cancellation by you

Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or missed sessions without notice, are treated as delivered and are non-refundable.

Programme deposits and instalments

Where a deposit secures a programme start date, it is refundable in full if you cancel more than 14 days before the first paid session. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit. Second instalments are due as agreed; if you withdraw after sessions have begun, unused future sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus work already delivered (assessments, document drafts, and completed calls).

Partial refunds

If Data Synchive cannot continue an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a refund for unused prepaid sessions within 14 business days. If you withdraw mid-programme, fees for completed sessions and started document work remain payable; remaining prepaid balances are refunded.

Non-refundable items

Completed document packages (once final files are delivered), completed mock-interview sessions, and administrative bank fees on international transfers are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once without fee when notice is given 48 hours ahead. Repeated late rescheduling may lead us to pause the engagement and settle remaining fees.

No-shows

If you do not join a scheduled video or in-person session and have not cancelled in time, the session is charged in full.

Work already started

Once CV drafting, assessment writing, or interview preparation materials have been started for you, that portion of the fee is earned even if you later pause the coaching relationship.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@datasynchive.digital with your name, offer purchased, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
