About

Employment consulting that respects the pause

Data Synchive exists for people whose work history includes parental leave, caregiving, or a deliberate career break — and who want a steady way back into the German labour market.

Portrait of a professional coach in a calm office setting

Origin

The practice began after watching colleagues return from Elternzeit with strong experience and shaky application confidence. German hiring processes ask concrete questions about hours, location, and recent skills — questions returners can answer well when they prepare, and poorly when they rush.

Data Synchive focuses on that preparation: narratives for the gap, documents that fit local norms, interview rehearsal, and conversations about Teilzeit or hybrid patterns that families can sustain.

Working approach

Sessions stay practical. We look at real vacancies, childcare calendars, and commute limits before drafting ambitions. Coaching is not therapy and not recruitment; it is structured support to help you choose, apply, and negotiate with clearer language.

Values

  • Honesty about constraints — hours and energy matter as much as ambition
  • Respect for parental leave and career breaks as legitimate chapters
  • German-market specificity over generic career advice
  • No placement guarantees; measurable progress in readiness and applications
