Return path

How a return-to-work engagement unfolds

This path mirrors the flagship coaching programme: clarity first, then applications, interviews, and sustainable hours — paced for parents and career returners in Germany.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

Twenty minutes to confirm your leave end date or break length, preferred hours, and whether a full programme or a shorter offer fits.

  2. 02

    Return assessment

A written look at your work history, childcare constraints, commute limits, and the roles that still interest you in the German market.

  3. 03

    Narrative & documents

Frame the Elternzeit or career break in plain language, then revise the Lebenslauf and Anschreiben until they match target vacancies.

  4. 04

    Applications & interviews

Steady outreach, mock interviews focused on the gap question, and prep for talking about Teilzeit or hybrid patterns.

  5. 05

    Offer decisions & 90-day plan

Evaluate hours, culture, and logistics before you accept. Close with a plan for the first three months back at work.

Begin with the offer that matches your stage

If you are months from applying, start with career direction. If interviews are already booked, choose confidence sessions. Most returners enrol in the full programme when leave is ending soon.
