Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional coaching interest, preferred start window, and message content. During coaching we may process CVs, career histories, and session notes needed to deliver the agreed service.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken prior to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) for legitimate interest in answering general questions). Coaching records are processed to perform the contract. Essential cookies are processed as required to provide the site; optional analytics cookies only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months unless a longer retention is required for legal claims. Coaching records are retained for up to three years after the final session for continuity and accounting, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under processing agreements. If a provider stores data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.
